I've created several different printable templates to help improve my workflow when coming up with mobile app/site concepts. I use thumbnails for laying out UI elements quickly. Actual size (when printed) to get an idea of the scale of everything. Finally, I have a large iPhone frame with a dot grid inside for detailed work.
