In my mind Radio Shack is a company in search of its true identity right now. With competition online from the likes of Amazon, brick and mortar such as Walmart or the Apple Store and indirectly from the likes of the AT&T store, Radio Shack is scrambling to be relevent again.
My idea is to develop "The Shack" as a forward thinking brand that is partners with the likes of Kickstarter, Indiegogo and Quirky to sell their customers cutting edge technology and facilitate the DIY culture growing rapidly in today's market.
