Without saying too much (I'll let your imagination do the explaining) this is supposed to be a concept based on power of Yelp and the functionality of Foursquare.
Again this is nothing more than a concept, so it isn't really perfect at all. Personally I believe in stimulating your imagination by simply getting the wrong idea about something :0 Which is why i won't say much about this app but instead let your mind conjure up whats supposed to come before this screen and what comes after (and everything else in between! :P).
I should also mention this is my first crack at designing an app so any feedback is more than welcome! :)
